Banana Nut Pancakes has been my family’s enjoyable breakfast item for years! My mom taught me her way and then I made it better (don’t tell her I said that lol). It is a great weekend family breakfast item and kids love it! The nutty flavor combine with a creamy banana flavor is sure to bring satisfaction to your taste buds!
What you need:
3 1/2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
2 cups of any pancake mix (I use bisquick)
1 cup of milk, whole
1 large egg (or 2 small eggs)
2 tsp Vanilla Abstract
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
In mixing bowl combine pancake mix, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; set aside.
In medium bowl mix together milk, egg(s), and vanilla.
