By now we all know the importance of self-care. I have been pretty open this year about my mental health struggles and learned that self-care is one of the best ways to handle the everyday stress we deal with in our lives. Like many women, I am very busy, and it is hard for me to make time for myself and that is why I decided to create a self-care box. A Self-Care Box is a box that contains all of your favorite things and items that help you unwind and take some much-needed alone time. The point of creating a self-care box is to have a sort of “emergency” box that contains everything to uplift and replenish yourself. Today I am going to showcase what is in my box along with some ideas and tips for you to create your own box. Let’s get started!

I purchased the physical box from TJ Maxx but you can find these boxes anyway such as Marshalls, Burlingtons, Ross, or your local craft store. For more items to add into your self-care box I suggests visiting Dollar Tree, Five Below, Walmart, or even Target.
