Have the last few weeks gotten you down? I don’t know how about you but the last few weeks at work have been ROUGH. I’ve been tempted to feel like things will never get better but I need to realize that my feelings do not always dictate reality. With that being said the feelings will still come, here are things that I’ve been doing to try to make bad weeks better!
Remember this too shall pass- every horrible week has to come to end eventually
Attitude of gratitude - there are people out there that wish they had what you call your “problems”. Be appreciative of the good and sometimes the not so good in your life.
Give yourself some me time- even if it’s 10 minutes of relaxation you need time to just BE. Everyone has at least 10 minutes, if you claim you don’t you have too much on your plate.
Do something for someone else- When you are kind to another person it keeps the focus off of you, and honestly can turn your whole day around.
It’s all for a reason- Remember that each day of your life has a purpose. It could be the stepping stool to your goal, or to help grow in your personal development. Each good and bad thing that happens is to help build you for your future.
So if you start having a bad week I hope with these it can help turn it around!
