I have been super excited to review the new Pixi Skintreats products. I picked them up about a month or so ago and I have been consistently testing them out, so now it is time to give you the 411 on everything new from Pixi Skintreats, let’s dive in.
There are a ton of new products, but I only tried products that I think would personally suit my skincare needs. For a full list of what’s new from Pixi, click here.
Vitamin C Collection: Say what now?!? Pixi now has Vitamin C skincare and being that I LOVE Vitamin C I did try out some items from this line.
Vitamin C Serum $24: According to Pixi’s website “Vitamin C & ferulic acid are proven to reduce the effects of sun damage & free radicals, helping to improve skin tone and creating a smoother complexion.” I was looking for everyday Vitamin C serum and while I loved this product it is not the best Vitamin C serum I have tried, but it is gentle enough for regular use unlike some other vitamin c serums I have tried in the past. 4 out 5 Crowns
Vitamin C Cleanser Juice $18: “Brightening, antioxidant cleansing water and Ferulic acid and probiotics help to preserve and protect skin.” I had to figure out how to best use this product. When I used it initially I did not like it as a makeup removing step but when I used it after cleansing as a extra step I LOVED it. It isn’t the best cleanser to remove makeup, but it is good to use after cleansing for as an extra cleansing step. 4.5 out of 5 Crowns
Collagen Collection: I have recently been really into collagen and the beautiful effects it has on my skin. I was happy that Pixi extended their line.
In Shower Steam Facial $22: “Acacia Collagen and peptides help retain moisture and provide a plumping effect.” I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mask. It gives me the spa experience I need but at home. I use it a least twice a week and it is amazing. It is a self-heating mask so as you apply, it warms the skin and once, you’re in the shower the steam gives it some EXTRA warmth. It feels so good on the skin and leaves my skin refreshed and plump. 5 out of 5 Crowns
Collagen + Retinol Serum $24: “Helps to soften fine lines and revive skin’s natural radiance.” I like this serum, it plumps my skin and I have noticed some smoothness since I began using this. 4 out of 5 Crowns
Glycolic Collection: Pixi already has their extensive Glycolic collection but they have added more products to this line. Pixi is known for their Glycolic products so it is no surprise that they extended the line.
Glow Glycolic Boost Sheet Mask $10: “Serum concentrate of glycolic acid brightens and herbal extracts help to improve and maintain skin health, promoting more luminous skin.” This comes in a set of 3 and I must say I love this mask especially when it has been chilling in the fridge. I think this mask is best used in the morning to give your skin that extra boost of glow. 5 out of 5 crowns
Body Care: Pixi has also dropped some body care products called Bodytreats. I only picked up one item from this line because I have TONS of body care and was afraid, I wouldn’t have enough time to review it.
Body Glow Mist $20: “Natural and potent mix of fruit oils and extracts smooth and renew for supple, dewy skin.” I admit I did not have high hopes for this, but I actually like it, especially after a nice shower. It is super hydrating and gives a dewy look to the skin. I also use this one my face sometimes and love it. 5 out of 5 Crowns
